FastFlow is a fasting companion app by Highwind Operations.
FastFlow does not sell your personal data.
FastFlow may store fasting plans, fasting history, reminders, notification preferences, and app settings on your device.
If you enable Apple Health integration, FastFlow may read or write health-related fasting data only with your permission. You can manage this access anytime in your iPhone Health settings.
FastFlow uses Apple In-App Purchases to manage subscriptions. Subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
FastFlow does not store your payment card details.
FastFlow may use basic app diagnostics and analytics provided by Apple to improve app stability and performance.
FastFlow does not sell or rent your personal information.
Data may be processed by Apple as required for App Store distribution, subscriptions, crash diagnostics, or optional Apple Health features.
